Terms
Last updated 2 October 2026. These terms are a product draft for using Slidepost. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.
1. The service
Slidepost lets you create an account, store a brand kit, generate carousel briefs, and export or hand slides to a scheduler you connect. Creating an account means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You give a real first name, last name, and email, and you keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.
3. Credits and plans
Generating ideas and slides spends credits according to the plan shown in the app. Free and paid limits can change. Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Unused credits do not convert to cash.
4. What you may post
You keep the rights to copy, screenshots, and brand assets you upload. You grant Slidepost permission to store and process them so the product can render and publish what you ask for. You will not upload or generate material that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that you do not have the right to use.
5. Generated slides
Output is produced with third-party models and photo sources. You review it before you publish. Slidepost does not promise that a carousel is original, accurate, or fit for a particular campaign.
6. Schedulers and other tools
Connecting Postqued, Ayrshare, Buffer, or another scheduler is optional. Those services have their own terms. Slidepost sends only what you ask it to send (images, caption, schedule). Keys you paste stay on your account and are used to call that provider.
7. Stopping
You can sign out and stop using Slidepost at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or creates a security risk. To close an account and delete stored data, email privacy@slidepost.app.
8. Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Slidepost is not liable for lost reach, failed publishes, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use an account after an update means you accept the new terms.
